Have decided it's time to really do this and now 100% committed. Goal is to lose 25 lbs and get to 195 in 4 months. Also improve my cardio. Looking for others who need motivation and moral support. Add me if this is you ! We can do this together.

    I'm back too my think is it eat ok. But I'm not a fitness guru and I like a social drink. How's this fit into reality weight loss??

    Nothing wrong with social drink. Just watch your daily calorie intake and you should be good !
