Thought it would be fun to share our mottos/encouragement. Here are some of mine:
Don't deprive yourself of nutrition.
Exercise is the only way you can eat more and lose more.
Exercise should be fun, if it's not fun choose differently!
You're beautiful and deserve to enjoy life!
