Need energy

I'm getting back on track while still recovering from a bad cold, after a weekend of partying. My planned meals are still erring on the side of comfort, so I need to get some exercise!
What can I do today (and tomorrow) to boost my energy levels?

    Get plenty of sleep and eat high protein.

    Sleep, water, lots of vegetables in addition to protein. And get moving! If you stay on the couch...you'll be less likely to turn it around. Get up, either go for a walk, workout or start cleaning your home. If you are truly sick, then do stay in bed, but if it's just the end of a cold, get out there! Get busy!

    I wish I could go to sleep! I'm stuck at work. It'll be dark by the time I finish but hopefully the rain will have stopped and I can go for a walk.

    Dark green vegetables really pick me up when I am in a slump. I have a power greens powder that I use when I run out of the fresh or frozen. And as stated above sleep is essential.
