There's an app on the android phone for this website...

I used a different one but achieved similar results...
I now do about 420 in 20 minutes with a 15lb backpack on....

Stick to the program and be honest with it...and you'll achieve AWESOME results....

I've been doing it for a while. I am also doing the 200 squat challenge along with it. I started out barely able to do 5 male pushups. I just finished week 5, for the second time...it was tough, I maxed out in the last set with 30! It says it takes 6 weeks, but if it takes longer it okay, like I said I've been doing it for a while and just completed week 5. Good luck!

listen mister, check out the link!
You build up to 100, and even then they are not consecutive!

I just got down on the floor at work and did my initial test.

I managed to eek out 31 before my i was starting to compromise my form.
So I'm gonna go with 31 and start the challenge at week 3, column 3 (as per their suggestion)

ok brewin, I'll wait till monday if you do the initial test today.....

C'mon, anyone esle? would love some company to bring out my competitive edge
  • The last time I attempted this, I maxed out at 70 in a row.....I guess I could try it again. I need to be able to do more pullups as well. Currently; I am at 4 :grumble:

Ok guys, just a reminder to get your initial test in today so we can start tomorrow on a m,w,f schedule.

My test put me at a starting point of week 3, column 3 so that's where I'll bee tomorrow.

    Put your results up!
    GoodLuck!
  • And you are talking about chest to deck, correct?
  • My initial test equaled 25 good pushups.....and I'm hung over so I didn't over do it . I will be starting next week in week 3, column 2. I will try the M,W, F, schedule, however.....it will probably be more like Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday as my "off" days are typically Monday and Friday.

Count me in! Will do initial test later today - dont expect much tho lol. If I guess I think I'd manage about 2 full push ups or maybe 20 from the knees - which version should I go for??

I'm in, I'm absolutely terrible at push ups. Only managed 12 so I'm not really sure whether to start from week 1 or week 2.

I'd go for the full push-ups.
If at any time during the challenge you can't make the max round, then you have time to switch to doing it from your knees.

after completing week3day1 as my first official workout.... my advice would be to start lower and work your way up.
my initial test was 31, yet 20 in the final set was brutal for me!!!

Did day 2 today - managed 7 at the final set! Amazing since my initial test I could only manage 4!!

Finished day 2 last night. I'm such a weekling. I'm going the wall pushups but I can sure feel it in my arms so I guess it's working. Eventually, I manage to do floor pushups I reckon.

    Good luck to everyone.
