Hi guys,

Looking for advise of these levels. I have completed level 1 and loved it. I started level 2 and have done it 3 times, I really dislike it, to the point that it is making me want to quit the DVD.... there is just way too much jumping around and thudding and I live in an upstairs apartment so I am really aware of the noise it makes for my neighbours downstairs which makes me not enjoy it...

What is level 3 like? Or should I stick to level 1?

    I didn't like level 2 either - I go back & forth between 1 & 3 - I don't have neighbors though :)

    I liked level three more than any of them. BUT there is more jumping around in it. They do mountain climbers and lots of jumping.....but that's just me. Your neighbors should be proud your trying to get FIT! lol

    lots more jumping (plyometrics) in Level 3. But who cares what your neighbors think? It's a great workout!
