Hey all! I was using the site and app regularly a year ago, but I fell off of the habit and regret it so much. Now I'm back though, and the goal is to lose 80-90lbs this time around. And I'd love some help or just some friends to cheer me along and vice versa (I also like to cheer people on! Don't be afraid to add me). And if anyone has any tips for a 22 year old, 5'4" female who weighs 210 currently, please lemme know!

I'm in a similar boat, only it's been 2 years. Best way to start (for me) is to budget the groceries and create a weekly well proportioned meal plan.0

Yeah! I feel ya. My main issue is the affordability of food, because I work part time and go to school full time on top of paying bills. Finding healthy meal plans that I can manage to buy can be rough.0
