Can I log taking vitamins

Is there a way for me to log in any vitamins I might take

    If they don't have calories, don't log them. Unless you a tracking something like calcium, iron, etc.
    You log them simply by typing the name in the food log.

    Yes; I log them in under my meals- breakfast and dinner. Do a food search to locate them or scan the barcode on the vitamin container.

    Sure. I don't but I heard plenty of people around here do. Do what you want. :)

    You could see if there is already an entry in the database for your brand.
    If not, you can manually enter it . it will take a few mins to manually enter all the info from the package at first but once you've done it , your diary will save the entry in your list of recent foods.
    Some people log their supplements and vitamins and others don't. Its personal choice. Its totally up to you ! :smile:
