Hi everyone, just looking for support. Current weight 150, 5'7. Goal weight is 130. I have completely stopped loosing weight, Ive lost about 30 pounds since last March after the birth of my 2nd son. I work out 3 days a week, cardio and weights. I usually stick to around 1700 calories a day. I am also breastfeeding so calories aren't something I can cut down too much. Any suggestions for anyone who has haulted in their journey? Thanks!

    When was the last time you saw the scale move?
    Do you weigh your food on a scale?
    Are you using homemade or generic entries from the database?

    If you haven't seen the scale move for a month or more you should check a few things. First have you updated your weight and goals in your profile. Next are you weighing your food? Using confirmed entries from the data base? Eating back exercise calories? That's where I would start. My guess is you are eating pretty close to maintenance, with1700 calories given your weight and height.

    OP didn't say it's been a month or more, so yeah, I'd stick to the flow chart for now.
