Support needed!

Looking to add some friends for support and motivation. My overall goal is to lose 40 lbs but I'm starting in smaller goals working up t the 40. I have always had a problem with logging in, exercising, etc, and will do really good for about 5-12 days and then all the sudden drop. Please help
