30minutes every day on treadmill .. Can help me to loose weight?
I am eating 1200 calories everyday

    If it causes you to burn more calories than you eat, then yes.

    Not the most effective. You will end up skinny fat.

    I'm assuming your jogging at a steady state.

    Not enough information... Is 1200 calories what you should be eating based on your BMI etc? How hard is your workout? What's your heart rate doing? Steady state? Intervals? Incline?

    Give us a little more to work on? 1200 calories is very low for just about anyone doing 30 minutes of cardio a day.
