What you need to do is give it time. I know that's not the most comforting answer, but this really does all come down to time. You didn't gain the weight in a week, you are not going to lose any in a week. The best you can do is tighten up your logging to ensure you are really eating 1800 (even trained professionals are statistically proven to overestimate exercise calories and underestimate food calories, so this isn't a jab at you, literally everyone ever has done this), and possibly cut back on how many exercise calories you're eating back, as it's likely overestimated. Point of interest here, how did you only get set to 1800 calories at your weight? Typically we see people above the 300's are given 2400 or so calories to start, which is totally fine btw. Are you positive you have entered your information in MFP correctly or did you pick 1800 as a goal using other resources of information?

Have patience -you didn't gain the weight in a week, you won't lose it in a week. Other than that just keep working on the accuracy of your logging. It can be a learning curve and you may be eating more than you think. If this is your first time really exercising you probably have a lot of water retention in those muscles that aren't used to being used so drink some extra water to help. Good luck- you've got this.

You previously ate 400 calories a day? Is that a typo?
I know it's natural to want to see immediate results, but it can take some time. They say if it has been less than three weeks give it more time. (There is a flow chart, I have seen others post it but dont know where to find it)
What are your goals set to? Is 1800 cal what myfitnesspal gave you?

Also keep in mind if you just started a new workout routine it can cause your body to retain water (and therefore water weight) in order to heal your muscles. This is normal and temporary

My advice is to stick to the calorie amounts recommended by myfitnesspal, and be patient. Their suggestions may seem high but the more you weigh, the more calories it takes just to maintain life, and the more you can eat while still losing weight. Give it a few weeks. Like the flow chart says if you still arent losing weight then maybe invest in a food scale to make sure you are logging accurately.
As you lose weight you will have to decrease your calories more, because smaller body=less calories needed to maintain it.
