What are your exercise(s) for today? Today mine are 75 minutes stationary bike, general, and 30 minutes aerobics, general.

stair steppers 40 minutes and 5 minutes stretch. actually thinking of another round of ballet body conditioning tonight if I still feel up to it after work.0

BUrned 209 calorieson the elliptical in 15 minutes (sweat is still drying) and I spent an hour+ walking up and down stairs in 5 120' tall production towers.0

Zumba, I finally have dance exercise shoes and can even turn. I missed the last 2 Fridays so it was challenging. Some new dances.0

30 minutes on the treadmill 2.0 incline at 5.5 mph, 30 minutes on the eliptical level 15, 30 minutes on stationary bike at 22 mph and finish up with P90X Chest and Back.0

3 mile power walk/job and climbed up and down 4 flights of stairs for teh finale! Have a great weekend!0

5 minutes of treadmill at incline 3, speed 3 ....then.
Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 12 reps
Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 12 reps
Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 12 reps
Squats - 12 reps
Sit ups - 10 reps....then
Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 15 reps
Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 15 reps
Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 15 reps
Squats - 15 reps
Sit ups - 10 reps....then
Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 20 reps
Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 20 reps
Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 20 reps

Treadmill at incline 6, speed 3.

I did a 1/2 hour very brisk walk on my lunch hour, and tonight I hope to try a new strength-training program I just discovered in a book called "Power OF 10"--it's a very s-l-o-w---m-o-t-i-o-n workout, that is supposed to keep the injuries away, and (theoretically) whip you into shape fast, with 1 - 2 workouts per week. We'll see!0
