What are your exercise(s) for today? Today mine are 75 minutes stationary bike, general, and 30 minutes aerobics, general.

    BUrned 209 calorieson the elliptical in 15 minutes (sweat is still drying) and I spent an hour+ walking up and down stairs in 5 120' tall production towers.

    30 minutes on the treadmill 2.0 incline at 5.5 mph, 30 minutes on the eliptical level 15, 30 minutes on stationary bike at 22 mph and finish up with P90X Chest and Back.

    Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 12 reps
    Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 12 reps
    Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 12 reps
    Squats - 12 reps
    Sit ups - 10 reps....then
    Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 15 reps
    Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 15 reps
    Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 15 reps
    Squats - 15 reps
    Sit ups - 10 reps....then
    Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 20 reps
    Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 20 reps
    Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 20 reps
    Squats - 20 reps
    Sit ups - 10 reps....then
    Treadmill at incline 6, speed 3.

    Legs felt like jello. :-)

    I did a 1/2 hour very brisk walk on my lunch hour, and tonight I hope to try a new strength-training program I just discovered in a book called "Power OF 10"--it's a very s-l-o-w---m-o-t-i-o-n workout, that is supposed to keep the injuries away, and (theoretically) whip you into shape fast, with 1 - 2 workouts per week. We'll see!
