Ooh count me in. I don't know what I've do if I didn't have some amount of curve. My body would probably feel foreign. I want to be fit and strong but I'm not going to put myself under the pressure of today's "beauty ideals". I love my thighs, maybe they could use a little help though. It's more my stomach and arms that drive me crazy. I wish I could redistribute some of the curve. I have a near flat rear, but roundness where I don't need it. Would love some friends with similar goals!0

5'7 and 35 years old. I am currently at 204 and my first goal is 190. I work out 5 times a week between boxing at Title Gym, cardio and lifting weights.0

I want to keep my curves! I definitely don't want to be no skin and bones... I'm 5'2 currently 207 lbs. I'd like to get around 150-160ish... I know I just don't want to be over 200 anymore. Causing back pains and knee pains... Feel free to add me if you would like!0

@pandora721 Similar over here. I'm 5'1 and at 122 and I'm done losing. I'd like to start lifting, define my curves and enhance them. Bought a lot of weights for lifting, but still stumped to how to start.

This was my goal as well. I wanted a mix of solid curves (flat stomach, no fluff, back fat, love handles etc) and lean muscle (slight definition, nothing extreme).
I worked really hard and lost 80 lbs a few years ago and have kept it off. I really love my body and its shape and I continue to work really hard to maintain.
Lifting heavier weights, moderate cardio and eating a balanced diet (just at a slight calorie deficit) has been the key for me.
The only issue I have is fitted clothes can be a problem. I have a 11-12 inch difference between my waist and hips (hip measurement is mostly from my butt not hips). I have a great seamstress who takes in my fitted clothes/coats to fit my shape.
Just wanted to post to say it can happen, but you have to work for it and try to have patience.

Kinda off topic, but maybe y'all can help. I have HUGE calves, but I want to find some of the compression capris with different patterns. The thing is, they rarely make them for "plus size" and the definitely are all "skinny jean" fit. LoL I can't even get them over my calves!! Anyone know of any brands for curvy girls?
