53lbs. gone, 17 to goal!

Started this journey in March of last year, so I'm just shy of a year in. I was actively logging March-October and then took a break for the holidays. I was thrilled when I stepped on the scale 18 days ago and hadn't gained a pound! As the title says I'm 53 pounds lighter, with 17 pounds to go until my goal weight. It seems that these last 17 will be the most stubborn and I'll need to step up my game. I'm at the gym at least 5 times a week and log every bite. Hoping to be a complete success by my graduation in May!!

Great job!!! Your before and after photo is amazing, what a difference. I have about 50-60 lbs. to lose, I just finished my first week (5.2lbs lost) keep up the good work!!0

Doubly impressive that you held to the same weight over the holidays. Now to tackle that last 17 lbs. which I have a feeling you'll do as you step up your efforts.

I spin 2-3 times a week, take a Body Pump (weights class) 1-2 times a week, and then do cardio/core on the non-class, gym days!! I found early on I really needed the variety!0 -
