I lost 10cm off my stomach in one month and 4 pounds overall. That was from week 4-8. I didn't measure from week 0-4 I should have! I think 10cm is about 4 inches?
Week 8-12 I lost no inches on my stomach.
I'm on week 14 so will know in 2 weeks if I lost again on my stomach.
Nothing fancy. Cardio and calorie counting. Have since started weight training...0 -
Oh! I'm 5'2. Started 195 mid October. Cw 175.0

I'm 5'1" and on day 21. I've lost 5.8# so far, and 6.5" over all, 1 1/2" from my belly alone. I'm eating 1600 calories a day and watching my macros. I also work out 5-6 days a week doing strength training and some cardio through my crosstraining class.0

I lost 13.75" in my waist and 13" in my hips from August '12 to June '14 and I've been mostly maintaining since, although I want to lose another 15lbs.

I just ate less than what I burned and tried to keep my protein intake up. I definitely didn't eat clean! If you read my thread you'll see other information.0 -

You have my exact starting weight & goal weight.. Currently at 141lbs, took more than a year..
How did you manage to get to that weight in 6 months? Did you do any other exercises? I still have a little bingo wings, lower tummy & inner thighs to lose.. Inner thighs seem to be the toughest part to get rid of.. How much do you measure around your thighs & hips now?0 -

In hindsight, I should have taken my time since I was hangry the entire 6 months! I kept my calorie intake strictly between 1200 - 1400 regardless of how much I ran, though I made sure to get at least 60 grams of protein in per day. Guess I was much more active than sedentary, according to Fitbit I average 15000 steps per day. I don't know my thigh measurement at the moment, but my hips are about 35 inches.
Congrats on your amazing progress!0 -
I'm 5ft1 and I started at 173lbs and had a 32.5" waist and 39" tummy. I am now 134lbs and have a 28.5" waist and 34.5" tummy0

I am 5'2 SW was 202 and I am currently 159ish
I went from having a 44' (i think 44 might of been 45) stomach; measuring from just below the belly button; to 36/37 inches depending on what I eat during the day.
My main exercise has been tae kwon do so very cardio intense. I do Body Pump at least once a week as well
I have been at this for 14 months but took a few months off during Christmas and in the spring and stayed at maintenance during that time. I have 24 pounds left to loose!
Edit: before photo is actually at 10lbs down so 192
