    The weigh in days were on Fridays before so I just kept them the same. You are welcome to weigh in on whatever day works best for you. You can even change the dates after you copy and paste your reply.

    I did't do the Jan Challenge but very happy to have found this group for the next month as I'm ready to focus on making real changes so that the scale moves and my health improves.

    Biggest challenge is nutrition, specifically sugar/carb consumption. Praying about doing a sugar detox for lent.

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been in every one of these challenges for the last year or so... except last month. I didn't post. I was ashamed. January super sucked for me diet wise. I just could not seem to stop eating! At least I maintained and didn't gain. I'm determined that February won't be like that. I will lose!
