Hi I'm new to my fitness I'm on a 1200 calorie diet. I logged my exercise and saw that my cal lost were generated back into my total calorie amount I'm able to consume , anyone have advice? Should I eat back what I lost or not?

I have seen people here that say they only eat 50% of those calories.
They say MFP is too generous with ex calories.0 -

I eat them back sometimes but it all
Depends on the intensity of my workout that day, and the type of foods Im consuming. I learned to listen to my body and it's taken me a lot of trial and error to figure out what works for me. I would suggest you try consuming back some of your calories if your really hungry and load
Up on veggies and protein see how that works out for you.0
