    I'm gonna have a 1/2 sandwich and chips from Panera, and eat leftover dinner (already had breakfast). I'll be at the gym after I get a haircut. I'll lift weights and run 2 miles.

    Woke up with a sore throat so no swimming pool for me today. I'll at least go walk for half an hour, since it's warm out, and I've got chicken leek soup going in the crockpot for dinner tonight. :)

    Veggie Omelet and Fruit for Breakfast after 30 Minutes on the Treadmill.
    Hash and Eggs with Fruit for Lunch.
    Strength Training and Walking DVDs later.
    Dinner = Pork Chops & Veggies or .... ?
