Cooking oil

Here's a good chart, though it probably exaggerates the relative merits of different oils.


I keep olive oil and Becel blend around for my cooking. My newest toy is an Actifry that uses a tablespoon of oil and hot air to cook food. I'd say it's the quantity, not the type that makes the biggest difference.
