    I baked a Red Velvet cake (grandmother's recipe) and polished it off in three days over Christmas. That doesn't include everything else I ate. I hate to even think about all the food I was putting in my mouth.

    I couldn't even begin to guess. When I went to Vancouver to watch the Superbowl(Go Hawks) when they won it all.....I easiely drank 20 beer over the course of the day....plus hot wings in a couple bars......pizza.....a big breakfast. Kind of mind boggling.

    About 5000 ... on days when I have been on long distance cycling events. Really long distance cycling events. Like during the four 1200 kilometre events I've done where I've been cycling 20 out of the 24 hours of the day. And I struggle to eat that much. 5000 calories is a lot of food. As I rode, knowing I'd have to stuff yet another 500 calories in within a couple hours, I imagined what it would be like to have a pill that would provide me with all those calories rather than actually having to eat them.

    Probably around 4k-5k.

    Back in the before days, I was eating at 3k regularly (as I was maintaining weight, and that was about my TDEE).

    I an thinking of doing a 10,000 calorie challenge lol. What is the most calories have you consumed in one day

    Back when I had really bad eating habits...just over 11,000 in one "meal" (lasted about 2.5 hours), and about 13,000 on that day.

    Typical day is between 3,000-4,000 if I'm trying to lose, around 4,000 for maintenance.

    The most I've consumed in one day is close to 3,000, although I've gotten close to that several times.

    6150 last August 1st. I reject all other approximations and declare myself the winner unless someone shows and existing food log! :)

    I'm guessing at times I've probably neared the 10,000 range on a long day of partying and drinking. I know I've consumed more than the 6150. It's just food.

    I don't have the food log itself, because I had horrible eating habits and didn't log back then but I can tell you what I consumed:

    - 6, yes six, 20oz Dr. Peppers (1500 Cal approx.)
    - 1 store box of Ritz Bitz Cheese crackers (1500 Cal approx.)
    - 2 king size MnM bags (880 Cal approx)
    - 2 king sized Reeses (920 Cal approx)
    - 1 large McDonald fry (500 Cal approx)
    - 1 PB&J Sandwich (800 Cal approx)
    - 1 large stuffed crust sausage pizza hut pizza (2640 Cal approx.)
    - 1 pringles container (900 Cal approx)
    - 1 campus Turkey sub 6" (300 Cal approx)
    - 1 cup of peanuts (500 Cal approx)
    - Some popcorn (200-500 Cal approx)

    Roughly 11,000 kcal. Yea.........

    Yea it was a pretty bad day. It wasn't THE moment where I realized stuff needed to change, but it was close to that time. I did not feel good the rest of that evening, nor the next day unsurprisingly.

    The moment for me was when I ate the equivalent of 1/3 of a pie twice in a day. One of them was pecan, and I had my normal meals too, that was just dessert...

    On thanksgiving I logged about 4000 but I didn't weigh anything so it was probably more like 5000. I don't think I could ever make 10000!

    College I could easily do 10,000 all I ate was steak, dozen eggs a day, Pizza two larges at once, Taco bell $20 worth most trips, Doritos always a large bag and atleast 2000 cal in beer most days-- OH the Ranch dressing more than likely a bottle a day with the Pizza and wings.. I was upward of 260lbs back then and power lifted with no cardio..

    Looking at my reports 90 day I did 4470 I think that was road house steak house night jan 21st- I just eat for weight Maintenance now

    This thread is making me hungry.
    3300 ish logged, guessing 5000-6000 not logged. DH and I have an awesome time at buffets once every month or so. There was also that one time at the Cheese cake factory that as I was leaving I felt like I was going to pass out, I was so full. That meal might have actually had more calories than any of the buffets meals I ate.

    Since I've started logging probably 2600 which is my maintenance anyway. Before, most likely in the 5000 range. I used to consume 1500-2000 calories in beverages alone.

    I seem to tap out right around 4000. Any of the holidays where I've practiced free eating & logged after (approximations, but thoughtfully chosen) it has added up to right around 4000. That must be where my tummy-meter says 'whoa!'

    Since logging 3000. Before logging? Probably around 5000 or more as I measured and portioned nothing. And four slices of pizza is probably around 1800 calories and meals from mcds are around 1000 and the drinks alone 600 or more so yeah must have been a lot!
