Start small, and with food you already know you like.0

Start by going to the store and buying frozen chicken breasts and bags of frozen veggies.0

Pick stuff that you enjoy and that taste good reheated. You can pretty much meal prep whatever you want.
For myself: I make breakfast and lunch every weekend for the week. I cook:
-breakfast: scrambled eggs with sausage, kale, spinach, mushrooms, and garlic.
-lunch: protein (chicken breasts, pork, lean beef), with a carb (rice, lentils, sweet potato), with veggies and a piece of fruit.0 -
Start with one thing. Maybe a pot of soup. Divide it into equal servings and freeze it. Next time do two meals - maybe a stew and a chili. Divide into equal servings and freeze. You will end up with around 24 individual meals in just cooking three times.
Maybe make some hard boiled eggs.
