I have been struggling to be disciplined for a long time now, especially in the evenings, or I even started out the day with sweets. yesterday was the first day in a long time when I did not cheat and this morning I was at the gym before work. I was online a lot yesterday and made many new friends. I hope the discipline lasts but I am positive!0 -
