I lost my mom a year and took a huge downward spiral. Drank to much, ate like crap. July I decided enough was enough I can not do this to myself anymore. It was not me, I HATE being fat!!! So I did something about it Before pic was end of July 2015 and After pics are end of January 2016. Goal now is to lose about 10 more lbs and build some muscle!!! Just over 60 lbs weight loss so far 0 -
