Just getting started

Hi I'm Tashema, I just started a month and about two weeks ago.. I started at 175 now I'm down to 167, my goal weight is 130 and I think I could get there! If anyone can help with new exercise routines, or healthy recipes that would be amazing !

I agree I just started this I'm use to the ice cream and candy in the middle of the night or has a snack during the day now I'm eating apples and veggies0 -
@missmackiewicz wicz Yea I know what you mean, I use to eat candy and chocolate so late now I don't eat past 8 , it should be earlier but that's the best I can do now lol0
