I like being married for two reasons: 1) I got really tired of dating, and 2) I got really tired of exercising.

Exercise is done against one's wishes and maintained only because the alternative is worse.

I use to tell my husband I was going to let myself go after we got married. I'm 10 pounds thinner now than I was on our wedding day in 2012 (and I had a baby in 2013).0

OK, I'll play.
Because 1) sweatpants are awesome 2) going out on Friday night isn't all that.
Maybe #2 is a lie.0 -
My father used to say that a woman keeps in shape for three reasons: to get a man, to keep a man, and to outdo women.0

Bring married is a great reason to exercise, so you can do lots of fun things together and have s long life together.0

I love being married for two reasons: 1) Taxes suck less. 2) Pretty much everything else sucks less too
@incisron glad to see you girl!
My mother used to say: A marriage is an alliance, first and foremost. You don't need to find someone you love and marry them, you need to find someone who is a good ally in the face of all the world will throw at you and love them for it.0 -

I've never been married, but I imagine I wouldn't like it. Besides the fact that I hate people touching me - I think I'd have too little time to workout hahaha0

1) what OP said, 2) same, but exercise=shaving0

Depends what your wife looks like.0 -
There are more than 2 reasons I got married. I guess it boils down to the fact I found my best friend and decided to put a ring on it. We made a vow under God, and while it isn't always easy, there isn't anyone else I'd rather do life with than her. She pushes me to be better and is a wonderful mom to our kids.
Basically I outkicked my coverage and who doesn't want that?!0 -
