Yogurt Parfait
- 100g nonfat greek yogurt (I use vanilla)
- 70g strawberries (fresh is best)
- 70g blueberries (fresh or frozen work great!)
- 10g mini chocolate chips
- 25g banana nut granola
= 309cal
Greek/Caesar Salad
- 138g romaine/red leaf lettuce
- 11g red onion
- 11g Kalamata olives
- 1oz tomato basil goat cheese
- 15g Ken's Steakhouse light caesar dressing (1tbsp)
= 164cal
(That's a full size dinner plate! Picture makes it look small to me for some reason lol)
Pizza Grilled Cheese
- two slices of italian bread
- two slices 2% American cheese singles
- two slices mozzarella cheese
- 15g turkey pepperoni slices
- 1/2 tbsp salted butter (for grilling the sandwich)
- 60g pizza sauce for dipping
= 495cal
Tortilla chips with peach mango salsa (Lunch)
= 325cal
An apple and corn and peas (Dinner)
= 203
I certainly exceeded the recommended sodium intake for the day, and I've been trying to watch that because it causes water fluctuations, but I do try and drink a lot more on the days I go over.
In total this comes out to 1,478cals.

Still honing in the recipe. I think it would be even better with a little oregano sprinkled in the middle! Or maybe marinara sauce instead of pizza. Either way it was delicious!0 -
oooh i want to spread some pesto on that grilled cheese!0

Sorry you went over. But it certainly happens to all of us. We just get back on the next day and continue. I was depressed last night and consumed a Sonic Cr Pie shake for a whopping 1,000 calories. Today I am back and focused.0

Looks delicious! The breakfast is amazing! A sensible salad and Pizza grilled cheese is a great idea. I might try it with provolone and some sautéed green pepper and mushrooms or roasted red peppers instead of the turkey pepperoni (which looks so good). I blow up like a balloon with the sodium0

I'd still be hungry0
