Only 1 lb this week. Last week 173, this week 172. It was an extremely stressful week and I haven't slept much. I had a medical emergency with my almost 4 y/o Tuesday. My husband was in Canada so I had to deal by myself (luckily, he left Canada early and came home Wednesday) and then we had to go back to the hospital with him yesterday for more tests. We still don't have any answers and probably won't for a week or so.
I need a good workout, a good night of sleep, and to have just 1 of my transactions for work start to go the right direction. I think I'm going to try and start with the good night of sleep tonight and I bet I will be down another pound by morning. How about everyone else?0 -
Im down 1lb, as I said on my status I was hoping for more but the bad day brownies got the better of me Oh well it will show better on the scales next week! Here's to a 2 or 3!
Flutterbee3 - not sure if we are friends I will add you now if not, but im sorry to here about your emergency, I hope all is well? I know what I get like when either of my boys is poorly so you must be stressed out!!
I have just ordered the 30DS dvd and am really looking forward to starting it!! Can I ask the C25K is that a DVD or just a schedule?
As a mum to 2 under 2 and having to work running out own business I have next to no time to do anything extra let alone exercise but I will and must fit it in! What I have been doing is spinning once a week (all I can afford at the mo!) and the nike training club app 2-3 times per week its a really good workout and its free! I also went for a jog - dragged my mum along as she is doing WW so its nice to do something togther!
Anyway, i am waffling - I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend, the weather here was awful today, but supposed to be better tomorrow so hopefully get out and do something nice for fathers day with my boys and hubby!

Weight loss for the week was 4.9lbs down to 157.2....

Sorry guys for not checking in yesterday...been so busy. I hardly have anytime to sit down let alone sit at the computer...I really hope this week goes by quickly. I haven't had a day off in over 2 weeks =( and I'm starting to feel the effects of burn out....sigh.....0
