Hi everybody, I'm new to this app and looking forward to losing weight

    Hi, what's you goal? Do you have a plan? I'm currently 290 goal of 160. My plan is to eat 1400-1700 calories a day of healthy clean food and exercise for at least 30 minutes 6 days a week. I've found if I write it down where others can see it I'm more likely to do it.:)
