So I work out a ton (I try to mix it up, too), eat pretty well, but I'm at a plateau. Not losing any weight and I'm starting to get cravings again. Granted I've stepped up the working out part, so it does make sense that I'm wanting more food in general, but does anyone have any tips for getting around those pizza/ice cream cravings?

I say, let yourself have a little. Don't deprive yourself...that's what triggers even more intense cravings! Moderation is key and to be healthy dieting is a way of life...not until you shed the pounds. You've worked very hard, so have a 'little'. If your someone who can't stop eating though, I don't recommend it, but you are obviously one with self control. Have a small amount and get on with your healthy ways. It never fails. Abstinence makes the heart grow fonder...of food:smile:
Oh, and I noticed your at a plateau...when you eat more calories one day and less the next (keep switching it up) it tricks your body to break those plateaus)
