I have a lack of it in my diet... so does anyone have recipes that could help?

Im not sure if you would like this but give it a try. yummmmm. I can of chicken, 2 pickel spears, 1 1/2 chopped lettuce, one chopped tomatoe, 2 tbls lite mayo. With 20 saltine crackers. But dont eat all at once split for two meals. Let me if you try it.0

Navy bean and lean ground beef soup. There are a lot of recipes on-line, but are pretty much the same idea.
Just make sure you use low sodium beef broth.0 -
chobani or any greek yogurt has protein, it's how I get to my goal. Popcorn has fiber. I eat that almost every day. (Orville Redenbacker Smart Pop) Fiber One yogurts are pretty good as well. Broccoli. Beans.0

Eat *at least* 1200 calories and include meat, fruit and veg in your diet. It'll magically appear.
Oh and that's net calories, not eat 1200 and exercise 1200 off.0
