Here's to hitting it heavy at the gym, and I'm adding post workout cardio! Staying under my calorie goals! I'm going to make the scale move.

I just started. I want to keep my momentum going from the end of last week. Had a rough weekend. Hopefully I can see the scale move down this week!0

Back on track after a little Superbowl blip. (Yay Broncos!) Hit the gym this morning, now just have to track the calories!!!0

Log more accurately (the handful of goldfish while packing lunches or my kids' left over nugget) and dont give into temptation.
Watch my sodium and drink my body weight in oz of water daily.
That sounds like a lot of goals for the week!0 -
