I'm currently eating a small tin of flavoured tuna mixed with low fat cottage cheese. It's tasty and quite satisfying, largely due to the high protein. 128 calories, 3 grams of fat.

Two of my favorites as well. I don't do the flavored tuna, just plain. I add berries in the cottage cheese.

I like the trifecta of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, but whatever you like. I LOVE mango too.

Steamed vegies are very filling, tossed salad with beans, almost anything plant based with fiber is going to help fill you up.
