Go back into "goals" and change your original entries

If it gave you 1480 to lose a pound a week, then 2 pounds a week is going to be too aggressive. You have to deduct 500 calories for every pound you wish to lose; however, as MFP will not give you a goal below 1200 calories (and it is not advised to eat below that unless for medical reasons), you will not be able to meet that required deficit.

This. It will tell you what they should be if you change it.

Disclaimer: If you set it to lose 2lbs per week, but mathematically doing so would put you below 1200 calories, MFP just won't do it (and it shouldn't cause that's not safe). So you might find you pick 2lbs per week loss and it sets you at 1200 and then tells you you're estimated to lose only 1.5. so just be prepared. As a short person, my 1lb per week is 1420 and I can't lose 2 lbs per week unless I were to go below so it just doesn't let me.

To add to the advice above...

Even though you entered exercise 4x45 per week, MFP does not take that exercise into account when allocating your calories. You are expected to eat back those calories. MFP has set your deficit in your basic number so eating back the exercise calories does not slow your loss.
NB. MFP and a lot of exercise equipment overestimate the calories so it is generally recommended to only eat back 50-75%.

    Cheers, h.
