Usually the eyes, if they look up that far & don't stop the gaze where they should just glancce.

Smile and sense of humor

Ummm... I guess skin or teeth.. but only after I mention I am having issues with my skin or want to whiten my teeth. I am not fishing for compliments, I'm just talking but it seems people think I'm fishing. I don't really like getting a compliment on my skin when it's exploding with pimples and dry skin simultaneously. I guess my husband compliments my boobs a lot haha. And he means it!
