Here's my most recent concoction. I do all the cooking, but a couple weeks ago, my wife was ranting about a White Chicken Chili that one of her co-workers made and wanted to make it. My wife is a "by the recipe book" type, so we hade to buy all the herbs, spices, etc. Anyways she made it. It was great. We ate most of it over that weekend, but there was still a lot of the liquid left that I didn't want to waste. So, I froze it and the next weekend, I threw it in the Crockpot. With a couple bags of frozen white corn, chopped celery and jalapenos. It was great. We ate it over the next several days. But, I still had about 3 cups left. And it was thick. Fast forward to Saturday. I'm with a couple guys I ride with when we come across a guy selling tamales out of the back of his car. I buy 8. Take them home. Freeze 4 and my wife and I heat up the other 4 for dinner. Only ate two, though. So.....I have a new Waffle maker that I have been making savory waffle with. I combined the last 2 tamales and the Corn concoction, with some parmesan cheese and chopped green onions and made......Tamaffles. They were awesome.

What strange things have you thrown together.
