    Hey all,

    Had another good week. Hope this helps out on our goal.
    I finally blew past 199!!!!!
    I lost almost 3 pounds this week.
    Working out hard and eating smart.

    Gotta keep it up.

    Goal Weight for July 1st: 199 passed it June 15. New Goal for July 1st 194
    June 1st (starting weight): 202
    June 8th: 199.5
    June 15th: 196.6

    I'm not sure I'm going to lose much this month, as I just started the 2nd Phase (PUSH) in ChaLean Extreme - in which you have to lift heavy weights. I've been told my BeachBody coaches not to expect to lose much for the next 4 weeks - in fact, I may even gain weight....! :noway:

    yesterdays weigh in was 242.2 down only .4 but i had a bad weekend so i am happy with it.

    June 1st (starting weight): 166
    June 8th: 165 ( One pound this week, GREAT!)
    June 15th: 164 (Another one bites the dust :) SUPER!)

    WOW - guys we have done great!!! We have had some really great losses this week! I am proud of each and every one of you!

    We have 51 people still in the challenge!

    Our total pounds to loose as a group from the beginning of the challenge was: 364.2!

    But so far we have lost 93.6!!!! We have 275.9 still to go as a group - We can do this guys!! We are over half way throught the months!!

    I want to say a massive congrats to glypta who has lost a massive 4.8 pounds this week! With a huge 8.8pound loss so far on the challenge she is also our biggest loser to date :)

    I know I'm late getting my weight in, but I have been under the weather lately

    I'm so glad that things are going better for me, but I don't think I'm going to get t my goal of 160. I'm just going to keep pushing hard and working out and eating right. I will just do the best that I can! :)

    im sorry for not posting on wednesday - i got really down about my dress fitting, and didnt want to have much to do with weight etc.

    On wednesday 15th i was 160.9 lbs

    today 160.5 lbs

    i am so bloated, have been for about a week, and my TOM is about a week late, just wish it would come soon.Its getting me down as it means ill be on for my wedding in 6 weeks :S.

    Hey everyone. Hope you are all enjoying the June challenge. I've been on the road for the last 2 weeks so eating well has been hard. I'm also having a bit of a work crisis so quite stressed at the moment!

    I went from Week 1 (183) to Week 2 (179) to Week 3 (180) but I'm hoping for a big loss this week.

    Hey Pink! Weighing in a tad early this week (june 22)! 185 this week, which brings me down a 1/2 pound!! Look out, SLOW moving vehicle......so frustrating!
