Tempted to have a crappy breakfast... need a pep talk pls

    Can you cut it in half? Breakfast is the most important meal / it sets the tone. You can have the crappy breakfast but then you probably won't be able to eat anything else the rest of the day lol. How about a compromise? Pick your favorite parts of it, just have half and warm up the other half tomorrow morning?

    Let yourself have a crappy breakfast, assuming you know what you'll eat the rest of the day. I had a horrid breakfast of a fudge croissant donut and iced coffee with cream and sugar (570 cal, 70/26/6), but I had a fantastic lunch of chicken breast, green beans, and stuffing (780 cal, 45/18/85), and will close out the day with a nutritious, well-rounded dinner.
