Like all diet plans, it DOESN'T work without calorie deficit. And you don't have to pay for calorie deficit because all that means is eating less than you burn.
All plans worked when followed. Problem is, most people CAN'T follow that plan FOR LIFE. And that's why weight regain occurs with 90% of the people who go an any plan.

You may lose weight, but only in your wallet. Don't buy into a weight loss product. Caloric deficit is the only thing you need to lose weight.

Disregard all the messages you will now receive from snake oil pushers.
    Don't waste your money.
If you want to lose weight , eat at a calorie deficit. You don't need any of this snake oil garbage

Hopefully you aren't trying to sell the op any "weight loss or health " products because that's against forum guidelines and also, they are junk anyway .

I love Plexus! Not for weight loss though. I suffered from extreme fatigue and hypothyroidism and no matter what prescriptions I was put on I could never shake the "zombie" feeling. Plexus balances hormones and blood sugar and has changed the way I feel 100%. I have normal energy now, I don't nap anymore, I'm more alert, less anxiety and brain fog.

You had blood work which showed differences in serum hormone levels and glucose?

Always suspicious when a brand new member digs up a zombie post from several months ago simply to pimp a MLM product with glowing testimonials in their first post.

I'd ask the same question as above: Do you sell Plexus?

I don't sell...but use the products....it's a "tool", you still have to do the work... it's not a weight loss aid....the side effect is weight loss....so many benefits....the supplements make big difference....it's not a gimmick....it's the take probiotic, magnesium supplement and the multi vitamin....its not a shake....it's tests helps regulate your blood sugar....which really helps me stay focused on my diet...which is counting calories....

Yep...and the same is true of HerbaLife, Shakeology, 4Life, etc.

If you want to include protein shakes in your diet, go to a grocery store or health food store and find the one that best fits your nutritional goals.

Yes it is, I was one of the gullible idiots that got sucked into it by the dozens of facebook statuses. Their spiel was if it's not working, you need to add this and then this.. Plus I live in Australia and the shipping was nearly $50 a time with each order!
I befriended a lot of people who were just customers like me, and plexus did nothing for any of them either. The only folks who "the weight melted off" from were the "ambassadors", naturally pppffftt

When I was taking it, I did lose weight without making major diet or exercise changes. I would lose 1 pound/week when not exercising, and if I did exercise I would lose 2-3...but then again, the bigger you are, the faster you lose at first...

A friend of mine has lost weight on it. She's been posting her pics and says she's doing nothing different other than taking the "triplex". She's lost about 20 lbs and 6 inches off of her waist so far in a few months. It's pricy though. If you don't need an extra boost or are not interested in probiotics and such, I'd just eat less and move more.
