Looking for like minded people. I started with adkins and now I'm learning keto...it's alot of info...looking for support and hopefully end up with friends.

    Hey there! I'm determined to make keto part of my lifestyle...have used Mfp in past. right now I'm just figuring out my starting macros. I just don't want that keto flu....
