Just want to get back into shape

I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs but I also want to get into shape so I can enjoy hiking and maybe even running again

I used to do cross-country in high school but since taking a sedentary job I lost most of my fitness. I'm now getting back in shape for similar reasons - to enjoy an active lifestyle. Not being ashamed to look in a mirror is a bonus.0
