Hello from Minnesota. I just found this sight and I think it's what I need and Lord knows I need all the help I can get! I want to lose 70 pounds at the rate of 2 pounds a week. Tracking what I eat will make me more aware of what I'm actually putting in my mouth. I used to think if it's not in my food journal then I must not of eaten it! Anyway, wish me luck. I really want to be healthy!
