Do you have any equipment available to you or are you planning on using body weight entirely? I think there is a site called "you are your own gym" that could help. You can do a fair bit with just body weight (there's some pretty advanced gymnastics stuff) but depending on what your goals are you might need some equiptment0

i won't have any type of equipment available to me until we move into this gated community in the near future, but i'm not sure what they will have at the gym there & how limited it is. i do have a few hand weights. i'm gonna check out that site. i don't think i need a whole lot of equipment because i'm looking to tone & lose fat, so i guess do some recomping soon after i lose 10 more pounds. thanks for the info!
also thanks everyone else

What do you mean by tone? Usually people either mean they want to add muscle and lose fat or maintain the muscle they have while losing fat thus revealing said muscle.

uh idk i want to look toned? i'm not sure because i'm an idiot and i don't really know.. i want to lose fat for sure because i've gained belly fat i have never had in my life and it's annoying. the toning part should come naturally as a result of fat loss right? so yea that's what i mean by toning, i've done it before through diet & cardio a year ago, but i want to retain more muscle this go around so i thought i should focus on strength training. do i have the right idea?
