Hey All. I was looking for something to make for lunch and I decided to put together this concoction:

1 Low Carb Wrap (I used the Wrap Itz Lo-Carb Whole Wheat Wrap)
1/2 TBS of Natural Peanut Butter (I used JIF natural)
3 medium strawberries sliced
1/2 medium banana sliced
1 TBS of crushed granola/other cereal (I used Special K Protein Plus)
1/2 TSP of Honey

I spread the peanut butter in the middle of the wrap, added the strawberries slices, banana slices, crushed cereal, and drizzled the honey over it. Then I folded it up. VERY Filling and tasty. Great for breakfast or snack (in my case lunch)

Here are the nutrition facts (using what I used to prepare it):
262 Cals
35g Carbs
12g Fat
14g Protein
9g Fiber
14g Sugar

Enjoy!!!

That sounds really good! I had never thought of a fruit wrap before. Now I need to get to the grocery store so I can try one, sounds like a great breakfast.
