OPEN DIARIES

21, female, weight loss goals of 30-50 lbs. Im looking for friends who also have open diaries. I find it helpful seeing others food choices to use as ideas. As well as it keeps us all accountable :)

    One helpful thing to do would be just to google healthy lunch ideas, or healthy dinner ideas.
    I have an open diary, but this weekend is a disaster.
    I did eat avocado today !
    I know a kid that lost a ton of weight just by cutting out sugary drinks and sodas.

    You could add me, but i don't sort my diary into meals so its probably confusing... and I'm not a complete health nut, some days most of my calories are from junkfood :open_mouth:
