    Hey, I'm new. I need help with tips on losing the weight and make yaself motivated all the time. My depression made me gain pounds I don't want. Now I am a weight but I got the belly and thighs and almost overweight so I want to go lower you know. If anyone can help me out I will try to also for you too and motivate you as well. Hope I get at least a friend here. Would be cool :).
