Sometimes I run 7-8 miles in the morning and then go to my part time job, and if I don't wanna pass out in the evening I take a nap right after lunch, good or no good?

My personal opinion is that it doesn't matter if you eat before going to sleep. I eat the bulk of my calories at night (ie dinner is usually between 8:30 and 9:30 pm) and I have a light snack (skim milk & 100 calorie pack) before bed at 11:00. Hasn't affected my weight loss. The only thing that effect my weight loss is when I go over on calories, not when I eat them.0
