Hi everyone! I'm on the discussion boards trying to connect with people in the same boat as me. I've struggled with my weight my entire adult life. I've lost about 30 pounds but I still have quite a bit to go. I have a hard time staying motivated and getting workouts in. I work a desk job, so being active during the day is little to none. When I leave work, working out is the last thing on my mind. Feel free to add me!

Instead of a computer chair or any kind of chair, have you thought about one of those exercise balls to sit on instead??0
