1st weigh-in since MFP

Ok here's the deal. I'm going to follow my "Week 2 C25K Program" in the morning on monday. Im am going to run/walk to my local YMCA which will take 40 min (There and back). I will weigh myself and then lift weights. Then I will run/walk back home. I hope I way less!!

    Don't be discouraged if you do not weigh less. Depending on how hard the workout is, your muscles can retain water after a workout which can have an impact on the scale. But the scale is evil, anyway!

    You should weigh yourself first thing in the morning. Well, right after you do all your potty business.

    I need to get a cheap scale from somewhere like a bathroom scale. That's why i'm using the YMCAs
