    It's a great site. Having the app on my phone makes it so easy, there's no excuse not to stay on top of it. The calorie reductions are so gradual that it doesn't seem as tough to stick to as I thought it would be. I find it's easier to enter my foods before I eat, at home and at restaurants. That way I know if what I'm eating is ok, or if I should try to pick something different.
