Motivation and support

Hi everyone! I'm on the discussion boards trying to connect with people in the same boat as me. I've struggled with my weight my entire adult life. I've lost about 30 pounds but I still have quite a bit to go. I have a hard time staying motivated and getting workouts in. I work a desk job, so being active during the day is little to none. When I leave work, working out is the last thing on my mind. Feel free to add me!
